I absolutely loved working with Brendan and his group. This was the first time in selling a house and he had all the answers. He helped me out with getting a handyman and a painter (both were fantastic and did great work). Brendan was the best realtor we could have ever asked for! He helped us buy our first home one year ago. My husband and I had very specific must haves and many wants. Before I had even mentioned to Brendan about the school districts, crime mapping etc, he had already sent us an email, a text message (to make sure we got the email) and followed up with us at work to make sure we understood. Of course as first time homebuyers we were incredibly nervous but Brendan helped us through the entire process. When we first started, he had given us a link to look at what houses would be in our price range and then took us out to see those houses (even knowing we couldn't buy them quite yet). Again, he never put on the pressure for us to buy any houses. He wanted us to choose one that was exactly what we wanted, if we were on the fence, we moved on to the next. Our work schedule made seeing houses difficult at times but he always got us in to see the houses when it was convenient for us. Then when we finally found our perfect house, the three of us right away said this house was perfect. We saw the house, told the other realtor we were interested and would have a proposal soon, then the three of us went to his office and made a proposal and it was finished in under two hours. Because he had really gotten to know us, we had full trust that he would propose the best offer that they would accept and still have some negotiating room. Not only did they accept our offer, but we were also able to negotiate a fabulous deal that even our friends and family couldn't believe. Everything about our house was perfect! We would not have been able to find this house without Brendan!!!! He will be the best realtor you will ever have! I don't think we will ever move (Because he found us the perfect house), but if we do, guaranteed we will use Brendan!
